Workshop series · 6 sessions

The Agent-Native agency workshop

Build an agency that runs on agents. Whatever you run today — n8n flows, custom GPTs, scripts, a few coded agents — we bring it onto a platform you own, then build what’s missing. Six live sessions, step by step. Build along and leave with your own.

The series

Six sessions, one agency.

Sequential and build-along: each session stands on the last, from what you run today to an agency that runs unattended on a platform you own.

Thu, Sep 1701 / 06

Day one: your own agent platform, live in 30 minutes

Next session

Standing up the platform. What Trinity actually is, and how you install it on infrastructure you control — one-click on DigitalOcean in about 10 minutes. Then the part that matters most for an agency serving clients: what sovereignty means in practice — where your data lives, who controls it, and why “on your own servers” is a promise you can make to clients. And what the Apache 2.0 license means: an open-source core you can run commercially, self-hosted, for free. Bring an inventory of what you run today — flows, GPTs, scripts, agents — and we map where each one lands on the platform. You leave with your own Trinity instance running, fully owned, and a plan for your current stack.

Bring your existing agents, then build the departments

Upcoming

Start with what you already run: go through your inventory, decide keep, wrap, or rebuild for each piece, and port one live onto the platform. Then the agency as an org chart of agents — Marketing (content, analytics), BD (outbound, inbound, and qualification), Delivery (client work), plus lighter Finance and Legal — with clear roles and the business metrics each department owns. You walk out with the agency’s structure, your existing work carried over, and its first new agents standing up in Trinity.

Thu, Oct 803 / 06

Give your agency one shared brain

Upcoming

The shared knowledge base every agent reads, plus the data layer that collects what agents produce and an interpretation layer that turns numbers into business conclusions. This is what keeps every department consistent and on-brand.

Thu, Oct 1504 / 06

Orchestration: one agent to run them all

Upcoming

Instead of juggling a dozen agents, drive the whole agency through one orchestrator — you talk to one agent in one place, and it runs the rest. The org design and hand-offs that make a single point of control actually work.

Thu, Oct 2205 / 06

Workspace: the interface for your team

Upcoming

Set up Workspace — the non-technical interface where your team (and, when ready, your clients) works with the agents: chat, files, voice, canvas, work loops, chat history, each person scoped to the agents they need.

Thu, Oct 2906 / 06

Operations & the commercial model

Upcoming

Run the agency unattended and actually see it running — what’s healthy, what broke, why — with self-recovery and clear signals for when to step in. Then the question every agency founder has first: how you sell and bill agent-run work — one sovereign, dedicated instance per client, what to charge, and margin versus headcount.

Built on Trinity

Every session runs on Trinity — the open-source runtime for production agents, created by Ability.ai and used to run its own company. It’s Apache 2.0 and free to self-host on infrastructure you control, so the agency you build stays yours: your agents, your data, your servers.
