Mira
Marketing Reporting Agent
Mira gathers the numbers your marketing tools and agents already produce - website, email, webinars, paid ads, CRM - and writes a monthly report and a Monday pulse, with the source and freshness of every figure.
Handles
- A monthly report across the whole funnel, written for you
- A Monday pulse on live campaigns and what moved
- The source and date of every number, stale data flagged
- Missing numbers marked as missing, never estimated
Where it breaks
Your marketing data lives in a dozen places, and nobody owns the whole picture.
Website analytics in one tool, email in another, webinars, ad accounts and the CRM in the rest. Monthly reporting means a day of exports and spreadsheets, and the numbers rarely agree with each other.
The fix
Mira reads each number from the system or agent that owns it, records where it came from and how fresh it is, and writes the report. If a number is missing, she says so instead of guessing.
- A day of exports for every monthly reportThe report written on the first of the month
- Numbers from different tools disagreeEvery figure carries its source and date
- Gaps quietly show up as zerosMissing numbers marked as missing, never estimated
- Weekly status lives in people's headsA Monday pulse in Slack
What we build
An agent is a stack.
Mira is 5 capabilities working as one, each built around how your team already works.
- Reads each metric from the agent or system that owns it
- Records the source and date of every figure
- Flags stale data against a freshness rule per source
- Holds no logins of her own to your data sources
- Website, email, webinars, paid ads and CRM in one report
- Every metric compared with the month before
- Results tied back to company goals
- A plain caveat on every section, so nobody over-reads a number
- How live campaigns are pacing
- What moved week over week
- What the marketing agents shipped that week
- Paid-ad economics for the launch
- Reach signals beyond ads, such as community and repository growth
- A "what we learned" section for the next launch
- A dashboard page with a tab per month
- A Slack summary of every report
- A live dashboard inside Trinity
- One-page PDFs and slide decks on request

Questions
Before you ask.
Where does Mira get her numbers?
From whatever already owns them: your analytics, email, webinar, ad and CRM tools, or the agents that run them. Mira keeps a map of which source is responsible for which number and how fresh it has to be.
What happens when a number is missing?
It is reported as missing. Mira never fills a gap with an estimate, and a missing number is never shown as zero.
Which reports does she write, and when?
She collects every day, writes a Monday pulse every week, and writes the monthly report on the first of the month. Launch reports are written when you ask for one.
Is Mira a real agent?
Yes. Mira runs our marketing reporting at Ability AI today, on Trinity, alongside the rest of our agents. We build the same agent for your company, on your stack and your infrastructure.
